Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced consultant to transform planning capabilities using RELEX. You will lead end-to-end RELEX deployments, design demand and replenishment processes, and drive value across retail and distribution industries.

You will facilitate workshops, coordinate integrations with SAP S/4HANA, POS and ERP systems, and mentor junior consultants while delivering high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning or transformation.
• Strong expertise in Demand Forecasting, Inventory, Replenishment, Retail Planning.
• Hands-on RELEX implementation experience with 2–3 full-cycle projects.
• Experience gathering requirements, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Understanding of retail planning across stores, DCs, and omni-channel.
• Experience integrating planning solutions with ERP/operational systems.
• Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Knowledge of data analytics and planning KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RELEX implementation projects from discovery to hypercare.
• Design and optimize Demand and Replenishment Planning processes.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define future-state models.
• Configure and validate RELEX forecasting, inventory optimization, and promotions.
• Support integration between RELEX and SAP S/4HANA, ERP, POS, and WMS.
• Analyze planning performance and recommend improvements.
• Develop functional specs, designs, and testing artefacts.
• Lead UAT, training, change management, and adoption activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain and IT.
• Manage workstreams, risks, and client delivery; build client relationships.
