Job summary

EY in Singapore is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planning Consultant to join the Supply Chain & Operations team. You will act as a Forecasting and Replenishment SME for RELEX-based implementations, shaping demand planning, inventory replenishment, and end-to-end SC processes for a retail client in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain consultancy with planning focus.
• Experience with RELEX or similar planning platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders to understand forecasting, replenishment, and planning processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documentation.
• Review configurations and validate business processes; ensure successful user adoption and go-live readiness.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, and go-live activities; support post-implementation optimization.
