Job summary

EY in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate/Manager to lead SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) initiatives. You will design, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities, lead requirements sessions, and manage SD projects across full lifecycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, accounting, finance or a related field; 2–10 years of related work experience.
• SAP certification(s) highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP SD, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP SD integration to PP, IBP, FI/CO, MM, LE, PS, etc.
• Experience with SAP SD in a manufacturing industry.
• Experience with SAP Variant Configuration, batch management, forecasts, and sales stock.
• Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting requirements and functional specs.
• Project documentation, requirements gathering and project management methodology experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Forward thinking, self-starter, quick learner.
• Prior consulting experience and revenue development with Fortune 500 clients.
• Ability to lead a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and test SAP SD functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate objectives into SAP SD solutions.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to align SAP SD with business goals.
• Provide expertise in sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and delivery.
• Customize and enhance SAP SD functionalities, including custom reports and interfaces.
• Manage SAP SD projects through full lifecycle implementations, upgrades and enhancements.
• Analyze complex business processes and design system specifications.
• Collaborate with consultants from other SAP modules for integration.
• Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation.
• Offer ongoing post-implementation support to ensure adoption and optimization.
• Stay updated on SAP SD updates and industry best practices.
