Job summary

In this role you will develop data visualisation for reports, ensure data integrity, and assist in coordinating secretariat activities for regional strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Strong interest in public healthcare with data analysis and documentation of complex data sources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with BI and analytics platforms (Oracle BI, Tableau) and analytical software will be an advantage.

Join SingHealth's Regional Hospital Network (RHN) team and contribute to shaping the future of healthcare delivery across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will work on strategic clinical services planning that optimises care distribution and enhances systemness across our network of institutions, and develop strategies that directly impacting how healthcare services are planned and delivered to serve our population's needs.

We are seeking a Senior Executive to support strategic clinical services planning within SingHealth. You will see through projects in various phases of planning and development, collaborate with stakeholders across different institutions, ensure effective project management meeting cadence and undertake the development, analysis, documentation of projects and facilitating discussions on hospital services demand and supply management strategies.

What You Will Do

You will provide administrative support for departmental meetings and discussions focused on clinical domain systemness across SingHealth, actively participating in working-level discussions based on clinical services optimisation frameworks between national centres and regional hospitals. Your role involves comprehensive data analysis and statistical support where you will help develop mid to long-term projections for healthcare demand based on clinical care models and population needs, provide statistical and data analytical support with visualisation for strategic initiatives, and prepare management reports and presentations for various reporting platforms. You will manage related databases for different cluster-level initiatives, ensure meeting cadence and collaborate with Ministry of Health, Synapxe and SingHealth institutional representatives to obtain healthcare utilisation data, develop data visualisation for reports whilst ensuring data integrity, and documenting processes and methodologies for data storytelling.

Additionally, you will provide secretariat support for Regional Clinical Strategy Council and workgroup meetings including coordination, scheduling, and minute-taking, and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters with regular stakeholder updates and participate in the team’s community engagement activities as part of the overall community engagement strategy for our population.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
• Preferably 1-2 years of related work experience
• Strong interest in public healthcare with knowledge in developing, analysing, interpreting and documenting complex data sources and projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics platforms (Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau) and analytical software (SPSS, SAS, Stata or R) will be an advantage
