• Strong working knowledge of financial institution operational frameworks, digital asset infrastructure, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex, fast-moving operational inputs into structured, executive-ready deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Management Sync & Action Tracking: Structure, record, and drive follow-ups for management syncs, cross-functional standups, and management alignment sessions, ensuring strict accountability across department leads.
• Cross-Functional Project Coordination: Drive high-priority initiatives across core bank verticals, technical integrations, and strategic vendor rollouts.
• Compliance & Risk Alignment: Track execution timelines for regulatory inquiries, audit workflows, transaction monitoring rule implementations, and third-party due diligence.
• Operations & Resourcing Support: Coordinate across HR, Operations, and Finance to monitor resource allocation, key personnel transitions, and operational coverage plans.
• Vendor & Legal Governance Tracking: Monitor contract lifecycles, vendor RFPs, and legal review queues across strategic partners and institutional service providers.
