Job summary

AIA Investment Management in Singapore seeks a seasoned Portfolio Manager, Private Credit to oversee private credit investments, construct portfolios, and deliver superior risk‑adjusted returns. Qualifications

8+ years of experience in investment‑related functions.
Experience in Private Credit or Private Equity fund, fund‑of‑funds or direct investments preferred.
CFA or CAIA charters are preferred.
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities are required.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with listed tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Sourcing fund, co‑ and secondary investments by cultivating relationships with Private Credit fund managers.
Monitor the investment pipeline and market developments.
Formulate and implement Private Credit investment strategies and actively manage portfolios.
Lead end‑to‑end due diligence for new investments, including risk analysis and negotiations.
Monitor existing investments and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders.
Oversee fund‑of‑fund portfolios, capital calls, distributions, and exits.
Provide direction and mentorship to Analysts within the team.
