Job summary

finova advisory pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable professional to join the Insolvency, Restructuring and Investigation team.

You will be involved in administration of corporate insolvency engagements including liquidation, restructuring, and monitoring activities, supporting senior staff across engagements. You will draft letters and reports, gather information from books and third parties, assist asset realisation and debt recovery, adjudicate creditor claims, and prepare minutes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Law or other ISCA-recognised qualification.
• 2–3 years of insolvency/restructuring and/or external audit experience; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
• Proactive and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Draft letters, notices, emails and reports.
• Gather information from clients' books/records and third parties.
• Assist in asset realisation and debt recovery, liaising with third parties.
• Adjudicate creditors' claims.
• Perform financial analysis and investigations of past transactions.
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
• Assist in drafting restructuring proposals.
• Coach, guide and motivate junior team members.
• Provide timely updates to supervisors.
• Handle general administrative matters.
