You will assist in administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements including liquidation, receivership, scheme of arrangement, monitoring and debt restructuring, and financial investigation. The role emphasizes drafting letters and reports, gathering financial data, analysing information, and supporting asset realisation while coordinating with

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy, Law or ISCA-recognised qualifications.
At least 1 year of insolvency, restructuring or audit experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Proactive team player.

Responsibilities

Draft letters, notices, emails and reports for insolvency and restructuring processes.
Gather and analyse financial and operational information from client and third-party records.
Assist asset realisation and debt recovery with third parties to maximise recoveries.
Evaluate creditors' claims for fair distribution of assets.
Perform financial analysis and investigate past transactions for irregularities.
Attend meetings and prepare minutes.
Assist in drafting restructuring proposals aligned with legal and financial frameworks.
Provide timely updates to supervisors and support progress of engagements.
Manage general administrative tasks to support team operations.
