Qualifications

• Strong academic results and admission to the Singapore bar.
• Experience in commercial litigation, mediation, adjudication, and arbitration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partners on complex, large-scale matters.
• Manage own caseload of non-contentious and contentious construction and arbitration matters.
• Research, review and draft contracts, project documents, opinions, and correspondence.
• Engage with clients, take instructions, provide updates, and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Prepare for and participate in business-development activities and initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees (for mid-level PQE).
