Job summary

Clyde & Co in Singapore seeks an Associate or Senior Associate with 1–5 years PQE to join its renowned construction disputes team. You will work on large-scale matters and collaborate with Partner Eugene Tan on cross-border disputes.

You will assist on contentious and non-contentious construction matters, draft contracts, and engage clients with strategic updates. A dynamic, global platform awaits your leadership and development.

Qualifications

• Between 1-5 years PQE with Singapore practice eligibility.
• Experience in commercial litigation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration.
• Construction experience preferred but strong general disputes candidates will be considered.
• Exposure to cross‑border disputes is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partners and team on complex and large-scale matters.
• Manage own caseload in construction, litigation and arbitration.
• Research, review and draft contracts and project documents; provide opinions and updates.
• Engage with clients, take instructions, and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees where applicable.
