Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of basic corporate finance and accounting concepts.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Investment due diligence, including company and industry research.
• Financial analysis, modelling, and quantitative analysis.
• Develop investment recommendations and support Investment Committee papers.
• Participate in team and Investment Committee discussions.
• Coordinate legal documentation and transaction closing.
• Monitor existing portfolio companies.
