Job summary

HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Associate, Administration to support regulatory compliance, onboarding and offboarding of intermediaries, and trusted administrative processes in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on ensuring accurate lodgement and periodic declarations, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to support data handling and reporting. The successful candidate will coordinate annual renewals, manage CPF Medisave defaulter issues, and work closely with

• Diploma or Bachelor degree required.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel (Pivot Tables, modelling), PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reference checks are conducted per regulatory guidelines.
• Lodge/cessation on MAS RNS per MAS guidelines.
• Coordinate Annual Fit and Proper Declaration.
• Assist in Orphan Policy Assignment process.
• Create account codes (life and GI).
• Manage CPF Medisave defaulter.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding of GI intermediaries.
• Coordinate GIA Annual Renewal and Audit.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Senior Associate, Administration

In this role you will:

• Ensure that reference checks are conducted in accordance to regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure proper lodgement/cessation on MAS RNS in accordance to MAS guidelines.
• Coordinate Annual Fit and Proper Declaration.
• Assist in the execution of Orphan Policy Assignment process
• Account code creation (life and GI)
• Management of CPF Medisave Defaulter
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of GI intermediaries
• Coordinate GIA Annual Renewal
• Coordinate GIA Annual audit exercise
• Ad-hoc administrative task that might be assigned from time to time

To be successful you will need:

• Diploma and or Bachelor Degree.
• Strong MS Office skills; Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Financial Modelling/ Projections, Macros, Data Visualization) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Insurance industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders of all seniority
• Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
