Qualifications

• A master's degree in social work, public health, public administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in the same fields may be acceptable with significant relevant experience.
• At least 5-8 years of progressive experience in social services, with leadership roles in programme management and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in managing strategic plans and initiatives for the organisation.
• Collaborate to enhance mental health programs and manage new projects.
• Collect and analyse data to evaluate program effectiveness and oversee reporting.
• Support budgeting and resource allocation for programs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and accreditation standards; manage IT systems details.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners; promote advocacy.
• Recruit and supervise mental health professionals and coordinate with HR.
