Job summary

Montfort Care in Bedok is seeking a Programme Development and Implementation lead for our Mental Health division to drive the design, delivery and monitoring of community-based initiatives aligned with our goals and funding constraints.

You will oversee KPIs, coordinate resources, supervise staff, mentor colleagues and build partnerships with agencies to maximise programme impact. A minimum of 6 years in social service or mental health, with at least 3 years in clinical work, is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or post-graduate diploma in social work, counselling, psychology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MH division programmes and ensure KPIs are met within budget.
• Provide regular supervision to staff and mentor team members.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements with clients and partners for programme delivery.
• Monitor expenditure and ensure alignment with funding requirements.
• Provide ad-hoc support as needed.
