Job summary

COMPLETION PRODUCTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assembly & Testing Engineer to plan and support safe and efficient assembly and testing of completion equipment and screen products.

You will ensure the products are assembled, tested, documented and released per drawings, specs, procedures, quality requirements and schedules. You will coordinate with Production, Engineering and Quality, lead problem solving, and drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity and repeatability within a non-air

Qualifications

• Minimum training in safety, quality and technical fields.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly, testing and documentation.
• Experience with completion equipment and screen products.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and communicate with technicians and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, BOMs, specifications, work instructions, customer requirements and API/ISO/company requirements before work begins.
• Prepare and verify assembly/test plans, maps, traceability records, procedures and checklists.
• Coordinate technical support for cleaning, inspection, assembly, testing and final verification.
• Verify components, materials, serial numbers and traceability before assembly and testing.
• Determine tooling, fixtures, test caps/plugs/adaptors and test set-ups with Engineering/Quality.
• Ensure test equipment and gauges are calibrated, within limits and used properly.
• Monitor activities, analyze deviations and provide timely technical direction.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects and NCRs.
• Raise NCRs when non-conformances are found and control disposition pending.
• Prepare and maintain assembly/test reports, pressure charts and traceability forms.
• Ensure labour hours are recorded and production records are complete.
