Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Senior Associate, Transaction Solutions, Asia to support advisory, broking and delivery across M&A-related products for clients in the Asia region. The role emphasizes developing relationships with external distribution channels and internal solution lines to drive AMATS initiatives.

Based in Asia, you will engage in client meetings across Taiwan, HK, and China, travel as required, and contribute to business development through content, data, and collateral, while deepening

Qualifications

• Expertise in M&A solutions including W&I, Tax & Contingency Insurance advisory.
• Track record of building senior client relationships and driving business development.
• Collaborative approach to working across local and regional teams.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance across Asia markets.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Advisory, broking, delivery, development and related functions across Transaction Solutions products on M&A transactions and client situations.
• Engagement of and ongoing network relationship management with external and internal channels to develop relationships and deliver Transaction Solutions.
• Regular attendance at external client meetings across Asia and seminars with travel as needed.
• Prepare content and marketing materials, collate data and collateral for business development and deal use.
• Develop knowledge of AMATS client value proposition and present broader solutions and services.
