Aon is seeking a Senior Associate, Transaction Solutions in Asia to advise on M&A solutions, including W&I and tax contingencies, while building senior client relationships across Asia. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with AMATS teams and active business development to grow client engagements.

The candidate will engage with external channels and internal leaders, presenting solutions and contributing to deal execution across Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and wider Asia markets,

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A advisory, broking or related insurance solutions.
• Proven track record in building senior client relationships.
• Collaborative, with cross-regional teamwork.
• Strong understanding of Asia regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Advisory, broking, delivery and training for Transaction Solutions products in M&A.
• Develop and present content for client meetings and marketing materials.
• Manage external and internal distribution channels to grow AMATS ecosystem.
• Travel across Asia for client meetings and seminars.
