Job summary

CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (NANYANG) PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator (Architecture) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in the local context.

The role ensures all architectural works follow approved drawings and specifications and manages interfaces with SWCs and CCSM. You will coordinate all architectural drawings, lead design development, liaise with other design

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and interface details with SWCs works are per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works.
• Lead archi design development.
• Coordinate and liaise with other design coordinators (C&S, E&M), design consultants, sub-contractors and clients.
• Review project specifications and construction drawings.
