Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Architecture) to lead on-site coordination of architectural and interior design works. You will engage in technical meetings with consultants, study drawings, and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specs, including interfacing contractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in architectural/interior design coordination.
• Experience with hospital or condominium projects preferred.
• Must ensure architectural works align with drawings and specifications, including interface details with interfacing contractors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 5-day work week with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical meetings/site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out per specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager about any technical/site problems related to architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's architectural work and ensure on-schedule delivery.
