Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Site Engineer/Coordinator to supervise residential works on site. You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work and coordinate all architectural activities on site.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years local experience in residential buildings, BCSS certificate, and knowledge of Singapore building codes. You will liaise with client representatives, authorities and consultants, monitor progress, and ensure safety and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years local working experience in residential building projects.
• BCSS certificate is a must.
• Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job
