Job summary

United Elite Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Construction Lead to oversee residential works in Singapore. You will manage daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, monitor progress against schedule, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include leading the site team, chairing WSH meetings, reviewing material requisitions, and administering changes with the contracts department while maintaining client requirements and environmental controls.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Residential Construction Industry
• Preferably with HDB Project Experience

Responsibilities

• To lead the site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
• Responsible for daily execution of work at site, according to schedule
• To chair WSH committee and attend site meetings
• To ensure that all problems and requirement of customer are being attended.
• To review and approve plant/material requisition
• Responsible for the authorization of site purchases and rental
• To administer changes to the contract with the contracts department
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
• Implement necessary control measures to mitigate the unsafe work and to prevent recurrence
