Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in construction with leadership experience.
• Experience on residential or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of BCA regulations and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the architectural team through the project lifecycle.
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Resolve design and site coordination issues to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure submissions align with drawings and schedules.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support.
• Review and approve architectural materials, mock-ups, and workmanship.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation and as-built drawings.
• Drive continuous improvement in coordination and construction processes.
