Job summary
GEMS PARTNERS NETWORK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architect to lead large-scale projects across commercial, industrial, institutional and residential sectors from our Singapore office.
You will oversee project teams, coordinate consultants, and ensure compliance with authorities and building codes. The role demands a recognised architectural qualification, a minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience, and proficiency in BIM/Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, SketchUp and design publishing
Qualifications
- Architectural qualification recognised by the Board of Architects Singapore.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-graduate architectural experience.
- Proficiency in BIM/Revit, Archicad, AutoCAD, SketchUp and design publishing software.
Responsibilities
- Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, mixed development, healthcare, infrastructure and MRT/rail etc.
- Lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities' requirements and standards.
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
- Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members.
