Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-rise HDB and private condominiums, healthcare / institutional, hospitality & mixed-use commercial developments.
• Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Work closely with clients to develop designs that meet their needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior architects.
