Job summary

PEOPLESEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Architectural Coordinator for a large-scale mixed development.

You will drive architectural coordination across disciplines, ensuring designs are buildable and compliant with project standards. You will lead a team of draftspersons, collaborate with consultants and subcontractors, resolve design issues promptly, and support construction sequencing and design implementation on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or Building.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural coordination in Singapore.
• Experience with mixed developments or large-scale projects is a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM; strong design coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings for buildability and compliance.
• Resolve design and technical issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Lead and mentor draftspersons in shop drawings and submissions.
• Identify clashes and ensure timely approvals and design integrity.
• Support construction sequencing, materials selection, and design implementation.
