Job summary

BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Architectural Coordinator / Architecture Manager to drive architectural delivery across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. You will lead design coordination, ensure constructability, and support site execution to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural coordination.
• Experience coordinating with consultants and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design coordination through the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, submissions and revisions.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP and structural consultants on design interfaces.
• Coordinate with site teams to address constructability and sequencing matters.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, codes and authorities’ requirements.
• Maintain document control, drawing registers and revision tracking.
• Chair or participate in coordination meetings and prepare minutes.
• Provide guidance to junior coordinators and support QA/QC and handover.
