Job summary

CATIG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced architectural site coordinator to support the Project Manager in planning and overseeing architectural works on site in Singapore.

You will liaise with client representatives, authorities and consultants, review shop drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and supervisors, and ensure QA/QC compliance and timely progress reporting. A degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience are

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural or Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in architectural planning and coordinate the progress of architectural works on site.
• Liaise with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants.
• Review and update architectural shop drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Site coordination with supervisors, all sub-contractors, consultants and other trades.
• Ensure quality in architectural works and QA/QC.
• Review, coordinate and comment on subcontractor’s drawings and other submittals.
• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements comply to specified standards.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays with mitigating suggestions.
• Conduct inspections with RE / RTO.
• Liaise with Consultants / Site Supervision Team and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
