Job summary

Kuan Aik Hong Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to oversee on-site architectural trades, coordinate with consultants and engineers, review drawings, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.

You will conduct site inspections, manage documentation, assist in handover and defects rectification, and participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture required or recognised by BOA.
• Experience with RI and TOP inspection procedures and documentation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural finishing in local construction incl. HDB/MOE/LTA projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, regulations and local quality standards.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• ConQUAS certification/registration and familiarity with GreenMark documentation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Consultants, Project Manager, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues.
• Coordinate, monitor progress and ensure compliance of all architectural trades on site.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Review drawings, specifications and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist in project handover, defects rectification and TOP preparation.
• Others ad hoc been assigned
