Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Architect to lead and manage architectural project teams for major construction works, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects and current registration with the Board of Architects
• Minimum 20 years of architectural experience including at least 15 years managing projects of similar size and complexity
• Experience in major construction works involving buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation
• Currently employed under the Contractor for at least 5 years
• Proficiently administer contracts using Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC)

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project teams to achieve objectives set by the Superintending Officer and consultants, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Apply professional architectural expertise to deliver projects that meet high technical and safety standards
• Plan and oversee QSS manpower deployment according to main contractors’ work schedules to optimize resource utilization
• Monitor and ensure welfare and well-being of all project personnel throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain knowledge and apply procedures from the Changi Aerodrome Manual, Airside Works Procedures Manual, AOS requirements, and WSH Manual to ensure regulatory compliance
