Job summary

JCVL PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a senior architect to lead mega projects, including buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation, ensuring delivery meets client objectives, technical excellence, and safety standards.

You will direct supervision teams, apply architectural design and construction expertise for large-scale works, and administer contracts under PSSCOC to ensure compliance and project success.

Qualifications

• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Maintain current registration with the Board of Architects.
• 20+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• 15+ years on large-scale projects involving major construction works.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage supervision teams to achieve project objectives and meet client and consultant requirements.
• Apply expertise in architectural design and construction for large-scale projects including buildings, tunnels, and deep excavation.
• Administer contracts effectively using Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) to ensure compliance and project success.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to the highest professional, technical, and safety standards.

Education

Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects
