Job summary

PAID STUDIO LLP is looking for an architectural professional with 4+ years of experience in Singapore or Malaysia to lead a project team through planning, design and construction phases. You will coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure design intent and regulatory compliance.

The role involves site visits, tender documentation, and contract administration, with a strong emphasis on delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with building regulations (Singapore or Malaysia).
• Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and other involved professionals at an early stage to agree on the project brief.
• Develop project briefs and progress them as the project advances.
• Prepare planning applications and other regulatory procedures.
• Prepare design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods.
• Assist in the detailed design process and coordinate design information.
• Prepare tender documentation and construction drawings.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain statutory approvals.
• Attend site visits and record minutes.
