Job summary

SolarWinds is seeking a dynamic Channel Account Manager to drive growth across APJ and China through our partner network from Singapore. You will develop joint business plans, enable partners, and manage distributors to accelerate revenue.

You will work with field teams to recruit, onboard, and train partners, monitor performance, and close opportunities while traveling as needed within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years experience in APJ region/channel sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT management software solutions and observability.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage partner networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans with focus partners around OKRs (pipeline, revenue, enablement).
• Diagnose business strengths using data and set growth strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner MDs, sales teams, and SEs.
• Recruit, onboard and activate new partners; support partner orders and activations.
• Develop and implement partner training to meet certifications.
• Monitor partner performance; conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partner-led growth.
