Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Application Developer in Singapore to deliver and maintain APIs, actuarial calculation engines, and analytics SPAs using .NET, TypeScript, Angular, Python and D3.js. You will build robust services with C#, develop scalable dashboards, and collaborate with Product Owners and QA to ensure high quality releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years development with C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• Cloud (AWS, Azure), Serverless, Agile, DevOps (CI/CD) and DB tech.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• UI/UX experience is a plus.
• SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling in analytics contexts.
• AI-enabled development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain APIs, actuarial calculation engines, SPAs using .NET, TypeScript, Angular, Python, and D3.js.
• Contribute to design, build, test, and maintenance; deliver solutions and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines as code.
• Adhere to development standards with automation tooling, Jira, and release automation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts on vision and delivery of analytics apps.
• Understand functional and non‑functional requirements and customer usage.
• Provide Level 3 support for incidents; triage bugs and patches.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge.
• Support QA in testing and issue resolution.
• Deliver and maintain solution/process documentation.
• Report progress to SE Manager, Product Owners & Scrum Masters.
