Job summary

Discord is seeking a Senior Manager APAC, Developer Solutions to lead partnerships with game developers across APAC from Singapore. You will own a territory, drive the sales process end-to-end, and travel 25-50% to close high-impact deals that accelerate adoption of Discord’s engagement and monetization solutions.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align partner value with Discord’s priorities and communicate the voice of developers internally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in business development, sales and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-fit games and developers for Discord’s Social Layer SDK, commerce, and Nitro offerings.
• Own a territory/book of business with quarterly goals; travel 25%-50% of the time to meet partners.
• Own the sales/deal process from prospecting to close; negotiate terms and drive deals.
• Understand developer needs for monetization, user growth, and social mechanics.
