Job summary

Discord Inc. seeks a Senior Manager APAC, Developer Solutions in Singapore to build partnerships with game developers, accelerate adoption of Discord’s engagement and monetization solutions, and lead complex deal negotiations. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and travel to meet partners face to face.

The candidate will advocate for partners internally, work with product and business leaders, and drive revenue through strategic alliances across APAC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in business development, sales and partnerships.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS / SDK adoption, analytics / insights sales or related roles; gaming tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-fit games and developers for Discord’s offerings.
• Own a territory/book of business with travel 25–50% of time.
• Own the sales and deal process from prospecting to close.
• Understand developer needs re monetization, user growth, and social mechanics.
• Build and manage a healthy, predictable pipeline with CRM documentation.
