Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, operations, retail/consumer products, or similar analytical role.
• Problem solving and results orientation with ability to proactively solve complex problems and manage multiple challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and support the execution of strategic initiatives and the processes, tools, and systems required to implement them.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop new ways of delivering data to business partners.
• Streamline reporting processes and promote efficient ways of working, including transitioning away from legacy tools.
• Proactively build and maintain internal and external relationships to support analytics and process enhancement.
• Develop strong understanding of tools and systems that impact the supply chain.
• Prepare presentation materials and assist in delivering findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to end users on reporting and analytical tools.
