The Senior Analyst provides critical support to the GSP team by conducting investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of all planning-related KPIs and metrics. The role is responsible for driving the analytics program to ensure insights are incorporated upstream within the planning process. This position requires proactive collaboration with Global Supply Planning, Production Planning teams, and business partners to drive analytics adoption and process improvements. The Senior Analyst should be passionate about exploring innovative ways to deliver data to business partners and eager to learn new technologies that enable advanced analytical solutions.
Perform analyses and support the execution of strategic initiatives, including the processes, tools, and systems required to implement them. Identify process improvement opportunities and develop new ways of delivering data to business partners. Streamline reporting processes and promote efficient ways of working, including transitioning away from legacy tools. Proactively build and maintain internal and external relationships to support analytics and process enhancement. Develop strong understanding of tools and systems that impact the supply chain. Prepare presentation materials and assist in delivering findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Provide training, guidance, and support to end users on reporting and analytical tools.
