Job summary

Just Global is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics to lead a high-performing team across the AMER region. You will guide measurement frameworks, dashboards, and client reporting, ensuring best practices and impactful insights.

You will partner with leaders to grow talent, explore new measurement solutions, and manage workloads to deliver exceptional analytics outcomes. You will also guide QBRs and strategic recommendations, while mentoring analysts, sharing POVs, and driving professional

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, media measurement, data strategy, or related field.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools, such as Datorama, Tableau, or Power BI
• 5+ client management and project management experience
• 2+ years of multi-touch attribution (MTA) and media mix modeling experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing analytics team in the AMER region.
• Collaborate with leaders to align and execute holistic reporting and measurement offerings.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and establish analytics processes and relationships.
• Present quarterly business reviews, client reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Forecast performance by conducting exploratory data analysis and modeling.
• Provide internal training, POVs, and contribute to case studies.
