Job summary

Just Global is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics to lead a high-performing analytics team in the Americas. You will drive measurement frameworks, oversee dashboards, and ensure insights and optimization recommendations for key clients.

You will collaborate across platforms, mentor analysts, manage workloads, onboard new clients, and present quarterly business reviews, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, media measurement, data strategy, or related field.
• 7+ years of Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Datorama, Tableau, or Power BI
• 5+ client management and project management experience
• 2+ years of multi-touch attribution (MTA) and media mix modeling experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing analytics team in the AMER region.
• Collaborate with leaders across platforms to align and execute holistic reporting and measurement.
• Grow talent and set standards for quality and collaboration.
• Pursue partnerships to enable access to industry-leading measurement solutions.
• Oversee workloads for Supervisors and analysts to ensure high-quality work.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and establish analytics processes.
• Present Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling from complex data sources.
• Provide internal training, POVs, and case studies.
• Facilitate training to ensure team has necessary skills.
