1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced AML analytics professional to join SIT’s team. You will support governance, reporting and the operational enablement of data analytics capabilities, coordinating with users, product owners and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, consolidating portfolio insights, and managing change requests for the case-management tool, ensuring testable requirements and timely delivery.

Formación

• Experience in AML investigations or supporting AML processes.
• Experience in AML governance, management reporting or change delivery.
• Understanding of AML investigations, data analytics models and case-management workflows.
• Ability to translate user needs into structured, testable business requirements.
• Experience coordinating with investigators, analytics, product, project and tech stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
• Attention to detail in tracking requirements, decisions, risks and delivery outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication for management.

Responsabilidades

• Governance, reporting and operating rhythm for the AML analytics team.
• Maintain consolidated view of SIT’s AML analytics portfolio with initiatives and risks.
• Develop dashboards and management reports for portfolio oversight and decision-making.
• Coordinate governance forums and maintain records of decisions, actions, owners and dates.
• Establish templates and definitions for portfolio reporting and benefits tracking.
• Consolidate model, investigation and operational data into concise management insights.
• Lead requirements and change requests for the case-management tool.
• Engage SIT users to translate operational needs into clear, testable business requirements.
• Coordinate prioritisation, testing, deployment readiness and validation.
• Track delivery through to closure and escalate delays or defects.
• Collaborate with wider AML Analytics Excellence & Integration Team on governance alignment.
• Maintain knowledge repository to support transparency and continuous improvement.
