Job summary

You will work with maintenance and engineering teams, maintain clean safety practices, and document materials and work performed to support traceability and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in spray painting, preferably in aerospace or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface prep techniques.
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to paint application.
• Attention to detail with a high standard for finish quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers.
• Apply paint systems using spray guns with high precision.
• Comply with aviation-related guidelines, specs and safety regulations.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and address inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on job requirements and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Manage paint inventory and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Keep records of work and materials for traceability and QA.
