Job summary

PRISM+ is hiring an aircon technician to service, repair, and upgrade systems for residential and commercial customers in Singapore. You will diagnose faults, perform chemical overhauls, and upsell relevant services while maintaining safety and quality.

The role requires a Class 3 driving license, a customer-facing demeanor, and physical stamina for site work. Expect a six-day work week, on-the-job training, and the chance to grow with Singapore's leading homegrown electronics brand.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of aircon technician experience.
• Customer-facing and patient personality.
• Must handle physical work.
• Able to use simple mobile technology.
• Good communication skills.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license is a must.
• 6 days' work week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general servicing for aircon systems
• Conduct chemical overhaul for aircon systems
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair aircon systems
• Propose and upsell aircon services to customers (chemical overhaul)
• Perform site surveys and advise customers on installation details
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate supervisor
