Job summary

PRISM+ is seeking a hands-on Aircon Welding & Warehouse Executive in Singapore to manage air-conditioning welding and brazing works as well as oversee spare parts and warehouse inventory.

The role requires technical competence, organization and the ability to take ownership of spare parts while supporting aircon salvage and general warehouse operations. You should be capable of independent work with minimal supervision and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in welding and brazing, with hands-on air-conditioning experience.
• Experience with aircon condensers, copper piping and related components preferred.
• Able to independently manage spare parts inventory and warehouse records.
• Physically fit for hands-on warehouse and equipment handling.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and brazing on air-conditioning condensers and copper piping.
• Repair aircon components and ensure safety and quality.
• Dismantle and salvage air-conditioning equipment for reusable parts.
• Identify salvaged parts suitable for reuse, repair or disposal.
• Own and control aircon spare parts inventory and stock levels.
• Receive, inspect, label, store incoming parts and salvaged components.
• Maintain records of parts received, issued, returned and salvaged.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep warehouse organized, clean and safe; maintain tools.

We are looking for a hands-on Aircon Welding & Warehouse Executive who will be responsible for air-conditioning welding/brazing works as well as the overall management and control of aircon spare parts and warehouse inventory.

The role requires someone who is technically competent, organized and able to take ownership of spare parts while supporting aircon equipment salvage and general warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Aircon Welding & Technical Works

• Perform welding and brazing works on air-conditioning condensers, copper refrigerant piping and related components.
• Carry out repair works on aircon components where required.
• Ensure welding/brazing works are completed safely and to the required quality standard.
• Assist in dismantling and salvaging air-conditioning equipment, including compressors, condensers and other reusable components.
• Identify salvaged parts that are suitable for reuse, repair or disposal.

Spare Parts & Warehouse Management

• Take ownership of the aircon spare parts inventory and ensure proper stock control.
• Receive, inspect, sort, label and store incoming spare parts and salvaged components.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts received, issued, returned and salvaged.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages or replenishment requirements.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure physical inventory matches stock records.
• Ensure spare parts and equipment are properly organized for easy identification and retrieval.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization and safety of the warehouse and work areas.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

• Proficient in welding and/or brazing, preferably with hands-on experience involving air-conditioning equipment.

• Experience working with aircon condensers, copper refrigerant piping and related components is preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in air-conditioning spare parts and components.
• Able to independently manage and take ownership of spare parts inventory.
• Organized and disciplined in maintaining stock records and warehouse housekeeping.
• Able to identify and sort reusable/salvaged aircon components.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse and equipment handling work.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
