Qualifications

• 10–15 years of leadership experience on large transformation projects in Supply Chain.
• Ability to analyze business problems and influence stakeholders through storyboarding and data analysis.
• Strong skills in communicating and influencing senior leadership on transformation ideas.
• Capable of program managing change delivery with cross-functional global teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects under dynamic, short timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision and set goals for strategic projects; define KPIs and track performance.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout delivery.
• Leverage AI-native SDLC and requirement spec development with IT partners.
• Allocate work, conduct regular reviews, and lead post-project evaluations.
• Prepare executive content and maintain timely project documentation.

Consultant, Project | Program Management

Manages AI driven digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery. Coordinates cross-functional teams through design discussions , implementation meetings and progress measurement activity, which brings specific projects to completion on time and within budget. Manage resources, budget, time, and quality across IT and business teams and ensures cross functional alignment

You will:

• Provide vision and define goals for key strategic projects including but not limited to Modernization & Digital Transformation initiatives. Set metrics / KPI’s and track performance to improve processes and productivity
• Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
• Leverage AI native SDLC and Spec Driven Development model to generate business requirements for transformation projects and work with IT delivery partners to deliver code for execution
• Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis. Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews
• Prepares content for senior leadership reviews and able to lead executive communication on behalf of project teams . Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis. Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications. Defines supporting and driving process improvements

Essential Skills

• 10-15 years of experience with leadership of large transformation projects within Supply Chain
• Ability to analyze, understand business problems and influence stakeholders through storyboarding and data analysis.
• Ability to communicate and influence senior leadership on transformation ideas
• Ability to program manage effective and time-bound change management delivery through strong collaboration across cross-functional global teams.
• Manage and execute multiple projects under dynamic and often short timelines. Time management is essential.
