Job summary

Marsh seeks an experienced AI/ML architect to join the Asia Digital team in Singapore. The role combines AI engineering with enterprise architecture to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities for workflow optimization, document intelligence and intelligent automation.

You will design end-to-end AI solutions, define cross-functional architectures, and mentor teams on AI best practices, governance, and platform direction within Marsh Risk Asia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with solution architecture, AI/ML engineering, and enterprise delivery.
• 5+ years designing and deploying AI/ML in production environments.
• Expert-level coding in Python and proficiency in at least two other languages (Java, Scala, Go, TS, or C++).
• Strong background in cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, data architecture, and secure integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions for complex business use cases with production readiness.
• Define architectures for AI initiatives aligned to enterprise standards and governance.
• Translate AI opportunities into scalable and supportable designs and implementations.
• Develop patterns and proofs-of-concept for AI-enabled capabilities like knowledge assistants and workflow automation.
• Write production-grade code to build AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and supporting services.
• Architect data pipelines and model serving strategies for enterprise deployments.
