Job summary

Marsh in Singapore is seeking a senior AI solution architect to join our Asia Digital team. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least three days per week and focuses on turning high-value business opportunities into secure, scalable AI capabilities.

You will collaborate with business, product, engineering, data, and Global AI Architecture to design and deliver practical AI solutions for workflow optimization, document intelligence, and intelligent automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience in solution architecture and AI/ML engineering.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Expert-level coding in Python with at least two other languages (Java/Scala/Go/TypeScript/C++).
• Strong enterprise architecture, cloud, APIs, microservices, and secure integration.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Advanced MLOps: versioning, deployment pipelines, AI lifecycle management.
• Expertise in AI governance, bias detection, explainability, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions for complex business use cases, ensuring code quality, scalability, and production readiness.
• Define solution architectures for AI initiatives across Marsh Risk Asia, aligned to business needs and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate AI opportunities into scalable, supportable designs and implementations.
• Design architecture patterns and develop proof-of-concepts for AI-enabled capabilities like knowledge assistants and workflow automation.
• Write production-grade code in Python and other languages to implement AI/ML pipelines and APIs.
• Architect data pipelines, model serving strategies, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Collaborate with Global AI Architects to align local solutions with standards and platform direction.
• Evaluate AI technologies and make recommendations based on scalability, security, and business value.
