Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI Risk Strategy to lead end-to-end risk strategy for Buy/Sell Crypto. You will own transaction risk control, fraud prevention, and review workflows, shaping AI-driven risk systems with LLMs and model policies.

Collaborate with Engineering and Risk Operations to build scalable, intelligent risk platforms that protect millions of users globally. You will design and optimize rule engines, policy engines, and AI Agent workflows, driving data-driven risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Risk Strategy, Fraud Detection, Risk Product Management, Trust & Safety or related fields.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data analysis; Python/Spark is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML-based risk systems, LLM-driven workflows and policy design.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end risk strategy for Buy/Sell Crypto products, including transaction risk control, fraud prevention, review workflows and decision engines.
• Design and optimize risk control architecture, including rule engines and model orchestration.
• Analyze large-scale risk data to identify fraud patterns and optimize strategy.
• Define model policies, thresholds, and human-in-the-loop review mechanisms.
• Lead AI Agent-powered intelligent review transformations and automate processes.
