Job description

My client is looking for a senior technology leader with a strong background in AI, R&D and advanced engineering for a leadership opportunity in Singapore.

This is a broad technology mandate focused on shaping AI and trusted-technology R&D priorities, identifying emerging technology opportunities and developing initiatives that can move

research towards real-world industry adoption.

The role will involve:

• Shaping R&D direction across AI and emerging technologies
• Developing new technology and research initiatives with industry, universities and research institutions
• Identifying opportunities to translate research and emerging technologies into practical industry applications
• Building relationships with senior technology leaders, researchers and external partners
• Providing leadership across research, engineering and technology initiatives

The ideal profile will have 15+ years of technology experience, including leadership across R&D, research or engineering, with strong exposure to AI/ML.

Experience within advanced engineering, autonomous systems, cybersecurity, digital trust, robotics, semiconductors or other deep-tech environments would be particularly relevant.

Exposure to research collaborations, technology commercialisation or industry partnerships would also be valuable.
