Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore seeks a strategic Senior Assistant Director to lead enterprise AI tool adoption, change management, and governance within the Enterprise Transformation Office. Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in tech adoption, digital transformation, change management, or public sector innovation.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise AI tools, workflow platforms, and AI governance frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale change management initiatives and learning programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and balance policy compliance with user enablement.
• Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI), AI Governance, or Agile Leadership are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategic AI request management: establish and lead workflow for triaging and resolving AI tool inquiries and policy clarifications.
• Enterprise change management: formulate adoption roadmaps and literacy frameworks to drive AI tool uptake across units.
• AI governance: advise on governance, translate guardrails and data policies into operational guidance for end-users.
• Senior stakeholder alignment: engage heads of departments and directors to align AI support with priorities.
• Continuous improvement: monitor adoption metrics and collaborate with delivery partners to improve tool availability and workflows.
