United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/GenAI initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality while managing risks and governance. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on business impact.

You will work with senior leaders, product teams, and technical experts to translate complex AI concepts into tangible value, driving adoption and measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management, with at least 2 years in AI/GenAI or digital transformation.
• Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC risk concepts; familiarity with GenAI and analytics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI/GenAI program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and technical experts to ensure alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring of AI initiatives.
• Establish governance for AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, and monitor risks.
• Drive organizational readiness for AI adoption through training and communication.
